Refund & Returns Policy

Martvia LLC stands behind the products we sell. This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for wholesale orders placed through martviallc.shop.

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the affected items. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

3. How to Start a Return

  2. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with return instructions.
  3. Ship the items back using the provided instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may not be processed.

We currently ship to business and residential addresses within the United States. For freight, pallet, or international shipping requests, please contact us for a custom quote.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Smaller orders ship via standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Larger orders ship via LTL freight. Freight shipments may require a delivery appointment.
